The Report has been submitted to the ESA Delegations in advance of the CM22 Ministerial meeting on 22/23^rd Nov. the Report focused on the scientific Strengths and Opportunities of the ESA proposal package, and have identified its forward-looking Aspirations and Results, whilst offering some Observations and Recommendations. Through this approach, ESSC sought to express the scientific community’s views, and to set the ESA programme in the broader context of its value for science, the benefits to European society, and the expediency to sustain and extend Europe’s front-ranking global standing in the field.
